Welcome back childhood

All of us would remember the childhood nostalgia of going back to our native, our birth place meeting our old school friends or a good family time with our caring and loving grand parents.  We would often spend days planning for such a trip and wait impatiently, with every day really hard to pass, finally when the day and the time comes, it goes with the blink of an eye.  During the travel we would often recollect our past memories, the fun we used to have, the games we used to play, picnics, eating a lot without a calorie counter in head and chocolates and candies... yes you heard it right ..candies ! You would agree our childhood candies were different, not because we used to eat in unlimited supply :) but in taste and flavor which is hard to find by now.    Year 2020 is a year of surprises, with COVID 19 as one of the scariest disease affecting millions of people worldwide.  This gave us a country wide lockdown, but also gave us a new perspective to live life in a way we could never thought possible.  Health was one the the new year resolutions I took in the year 2020, and with the onset of COVID, I took a set back in terms of the physical activities which I could possibly do since we all needed to stay back at home to avoid getting infected or spread the disease.  Being serious about the resolution I took, it was a time to adopt to what can be best done at home or in the confined society area to keep the physical activities running and also switching to more healthier meals at home.  It was time to change the eating habits, what to eat ,when to eat and how much to eat,.  Being a food lover, I would want to hog onto a lot of food, but then what to eat needed a decision with a lot of thought.  Tea or coffee keeps me running through the
